This league is pure basketball with no modification of the rules. Girls in this league are 13 thru 18 years old (up to Seniors in High School) at the time of registration.

Teams in this league play for playoff seedings and a double elimination
playoff tournament during the month of March, concluding with the
championship game at SUPERSLAM. Trophies are awarded to the regular season champions and to players who participate in the championship game. Some players are also recognized for individual achievement (for example, the league scoring leader).

We hold an All Star Game for this league during our annual SUPERSLAM.

The season runs from Mid November (start of practice) until the end of March at the latest. Games are played on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday games generally will not start until after noon. Practices are held Monday thru Friday nights, depending on gym allocation, starting at 6:30PM and ending at 9:30PM.
